“Geometry of Nature” by Mikhail Kharitonichev.
Viewing the world from above has a magic of its own that transforms ordinary shapes into breathtaking works of art.
The “People from Above” competition highlights award-winning drone shots that reveal the beauty of nature from a bird’s eye view. Each image tells a story with a human touch – fishermen on turquoise waters creating colorful patterns on the beach, farmers creating designs in the fields, hikers in vast deserts, and boats carving the rivers like streams of ink. What makes these photographs stand out is their balance of geometry, texture and still life, transforming everyday moments into masterpieces. More than just scenery, they remind us how deeply humans are intertwined with the landscapes we live in, small figures in the face of a vast world yet part of a shared story.
